Iguazio Becomes Certified for NVIDIA DGX-Ready Software Program

The Iguazio Data Science Platform enables greater GPU efficiency and helps to democratize AI infrastructure deployment for every enterprise.

New York, May 14, 2020 - Iguazio, the data science platform for real-time machine learning applications, announced today that the company’s solution for utilizing GPU-as-a-Service has been certified as part of the NVIDIA DGX-Ready Software program.

Managing and controlling resources as part of ML pipelines, which span data processing, model training, and inference, can pose challenges such as inefficient resource sharing, workload and data scaling, and high development and operations overhead.

The Iguazio Data Science Platform enables data scientists and data engineers to work in one self-service data science platform, which dynamically allocates GPUs to workloads for greater resource efficiency. The solution supports horizontal scaling, helping teams address bigger and more complex tasks more quickly, and automates end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model creation. The Iguazio platform is based on the leading open source frameworks in a hardened and ready to use package. It also includes the ability to monitor the entire stack from low-level GPU usage, through ML jobs and data, to end-to-end pipelines — simplifying the operations of GPU-based systems.

In addition, Iguazio’s open source projects, Nuclio and MLRun, are the only serverless and orchestration frameworks that address data and ML workloads, by optimally managing GPU resources, and supporting stateful and distributed workloads, combining simplicity, faster performance, and costs savings.

The GPU-as-a-Service solution from Iguazio is now part of the NVIDIA DGX-Ready Software program, which delivers proven enterprise-grade solutions that increase data science productivity, accelerate AI workflows, and improve accessibility and utilization of AI infrastructure using NVIDIA DGX™ systems, including the new NVIDIA DGX A100.

Iguazio’s end-to-end data science platform marries performance and scale with an open framework that is deployable anywhere – multi-cloud, on-prem or edge.

“Iquazio provides a platform that automates the entire machine learning pipeline from start to finish,” said Yaron Haviv, Co-Founder & CTO at Iguazio. “Certifying the Iguazio Data Science Platform in the DGX-Ready Software program allows users to leverage our optimized AI workflow solution on NVIDIA DGX systems with ease and confidence.”

“The Iguazio Data Science Platform delivers large-scale data processing with both up and down auto-scaling across a pool of shared DGX systems,” said John Barco, senior director of DGX software product management at NVIDIA. “This helps users to maximize resource efficiency and accelerate their AI workflows.”
